Returns & Exchanges
Flare & Square items purchased online or in-person may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Custom items will not be refunded or returned because they are made according to your specific needs. We will work with you to confirm all custom orders are made to you liking before purchase.
Promotional, discounted, and clearance items will not be accepted for exchanges or refunds. These items are final sale.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased in person may be available for return pick up based on a scheduled time between the customer and Flare & Square, as long as the pick up location is within the Denver metro area.
